The centerpiece and heart of The Palms Turks and Caicos, The Mansion, is the social hub of the resort. It features the resort's signature dining room, Parallel23, and the Messel Ballroom. Along an esplanade flanking The Mansion's formal gardens is Palm Place, featuring a selection of boutiques ideally suited to a luxury resort lifestyle.

The Messel Ballroom is located on the second floor of The Mansion and features a wrap around terrace for pre-function cocktails. The 2,000 sq.ft. Messel Ballroom can seat up to 150 guests for catered social functions.

The spiritual heart of The Palms, The Spa at The Palms, is nearly a destination in and of itself. Conceived by Angel Stewart of Las Ventanas al Paraiso, The Golden Door and Ritz-Carlton (Rancho Mirage) fame, it is spread over an acre site and encompasses 25,000 sq. feet of elegant space.Water based therapies, a full service salon, elegant retail salon, health drinks and plans for a new Men's Barber Shop complete the offerings. A fitness center comprising of state-of-the-art equipment is available and ersonal trainers are available on request. A Yoga, Pilates and meditation studio offering daily early morning classes is situated in the center or heart of the spa overlooking the 150-foot central water garden that is flanked by majestic date palms.
